Al Rashid praises allocating third of 9th Development Plan requirements for human resources development
Asharqia Chamber Chairman Abdulrahman Al Rashid urged the Counsil of ministers decision on Monday for the 9th Development Plan, describing them as a package of the measures aimed at achieving sustainable development for future generations.
Al Rashid assured the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz represented in achieving the aspirations of its people and focusing on social and economic development also raising the rates of people's incomes and standard of living is, Al Rashid focused on the developing the human factor, in which will spend nearly two thirds of the financial requirements of 1.4 billion riyals on development of human resources through education and training sectors and to ensure the rehabilitation of young Saudis and reduce unemployment as well as developing the education techniques.
He noted that the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the development of human capital and giving it the utmost importance comes as confidently decision for the citizen himself and its importance in the success of development plans and support.
Moreover,Al Rashid reviewed the expectations to be achieved by the next five years, noting that the plan have not ignored the social and economic aspects that have affected the rates of inflation adversely, especially the residential sector.
He called to begin immediately with applying active and influential mechanisms in the implementation of this ambitious plan aimed to achieve balanced development among the Kingdom regions which will be able to diversify the economic base, and thus the sector will be able to carry out its duties and achieve the aspirations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince and First Deputy Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz.
